Lacrosse Ball and Toe Spreaders

Wearing narrow footwear and stiff shoes will affect the function of the foot and the structures above. Changing the type of shoes you wear will definitely help to improve the function at the foot and above, but if you really want to speed up the process, try rolling a lacrosse ball under the foot for up to two minutes every day and wear your toe spreaders for a couple of hours when you get home.  Just this simple inexpensive practice will start to improve the tissue under your feet and help re-develop the arch that your foot should naturally have.  The Foot care pack is available at the shop at www.be-movement.com.au for ONLY $20 + postage, or if you live in the Maroochydore area you can come and collect them from me.
