This program consists of 4 modules to help develop strength through your fascial back line. These modules will address all areas starting from the sole of the foot, up the back of the legs and spine then up through the back of the head. The modules are designed to increase mobility and function and to help reduce pain and dysfunction. They will also help to correct posture caused by ineffective movement and sedentary lifestyle.

Hip Mobility & Stability Program
The Hip Mobility and Stability Program consists of 4 modules with each module containing 8 exercises. The program will start you off with Releasing Exercises then move you onto Dynamic Warm-up movements followed by the 4 exercise modules. It’s aim is return function, mobility and stability to the Hip Region which in turn will allow for better posture and reduced pain and dysfunction. Shoulders and Neck Strengthening Program
